My past work experience includes my five years at GrubHub Agency (previously LevelUp), where I started as a Visual Designer and ultimately became their Lead Product Designer and Developer. I designed and developed their core product offerings such as the home screen native app navigation, the Agency web SDK, branded email campaigns, time-scoped menu items UX, and so many more features and products.
I’m currently a freelancing Creative Director at the amazing e-commerce startup, DeskPlants.com. Since it’s a small growing business, I wear many hats from designing marketing assets, developing custom website features, attending almost all markets, strategizing sales opportunities, managing customer service inquiries to directing photo-shoots.
I graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in advertising. It was important that I learned how design is solution-based and objective-based, that design is about data, briefs and specs, and not just about creating beautiful interfaces.
I am an insatiably curious and emotionally intelligent senior product designer who enjoys bringing enthusiasm to both my work and my team.
I pride myself on my ability to learn quickly, my drive, and my diverse skillset (of UX, visual design and development).
Having programming skills and API and SDK knowledge, allow me to create data-driven designs that translate well to code. My background in UX allows me to design user-centric experiences for both individual projects and for scalable recurring revenue generating products.
I leave things better than when I found them.
I am insatiably curious; I am doer and I am a learner.
I work wonderfully both independently and on teams.
I ask lots of questions and will stand up for the end user.
I get the job done beautifully, on point and on time.

Non-Work Related About Me!
I grew up in Toronto, Canada and moved to Boston for college. I lived there for 10 years, before upping to the sunny city of Austin, TX. Here I live with my partner and two shepherds: Tuukka, my best friend and service dog and Forrest, the worst dog ever (my partner disagrees).
I am incredibly passionate about living a clean life and have a nontoxic alternative product recommendation for just about every aspect of life. Clean living, minimalism, and vegetarianism are my efforts to help the planet in the current state of environmental urgency.
Finally, I LOVE interior design, trying new food combinations and discovering new music.
